Returns and damage

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Handmade macramé is replaced or refunded only if it arrives damaged. Read the refund policy.
Care
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep resin and metal pieces out of direct rain and harsh sun. Macramé can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and cold water, then dried flat.
