1. Are all your products handmade?

Yes! All Casa Vici Living pieces are handcrafted with care using premium materials like cotton, jute, and hemp. Each one is made-to-order and may have subtle, natural variations that make it one-of-a-kind.

2. Do your plant hangers and shelves come with pots or accessories?

No, unless specifically mentioned, the listings include only the macramé holder or shelf. Props shown in photos are for styling purposes.

3. Are your products safe for babies or pets?

Yes! Many of our swings, cradles, and pet beds are crafted for comfort and safety. However, we always recommend adult supervision and secure installation for hanging pieces.

4. How should I clean or maintain my macramé items?

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh scrubbing or machine washing unless the care instructions specify otherwise. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle any knotted fringe.

5. How do I hang or install my product?

Most products include loops or are ready for hanging. For heavier pieces like swings or shelves, we recommend using strong ceiling hooks or wall anchors based on your ceiling or wall type. Installation should always be secure.

1. How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are ready to ship within 3–5 business days, but more detailed or larger items may take up to 7 days to create. We always do our best to send them out as soon as they’re ready.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on arrival.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us at support@casaviciliving.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund if needed.
