3. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Each piece is made to order and typically requires 3–5 business days to craft before dispatch.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, suspected fraud, or error.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier partners.

  • Casa Vici Living is not responsible for delays due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.).

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
